Return & Refund Policy

Style Ink Co offers a 30-day return guarantee on most items. This policy separates returns that are our fault (defective or wrong items) from returns that are your choice (changed mind, sizing issues).

To be eligible, a returned item must be in the same condition you received it:

• Unworn and unwashed
• All original tags intact, where applicable
• Original packaging preserved
• Free of odors, stains, or damage
• No alterations or modifications

Worn items, even if worn only once indoors, are rejected.

1. Email support@styleinkco.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the email used for the order, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
3. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos. See our Shipping Policy for the 7-day damage reporting window.
4. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds typically take about 3-4 weeks in total, made up of these steps:

• Return shipping to us: about 1-2 weeks
• Warehouse inspection: 2-3 business days
• Refund processing: 5-7 business days
• Your bank's posting time: 5-10 business days (PayPal is usually faster)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
