These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Terms of Service," or "Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "you") and Style Ink Co ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), located at 3315 Moore Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82002.

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on https://styleinkco.com/ (the "Site" or "Store"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms, with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or make any purchases.

Age and capacity

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, that you are not purchasing on behalf of someone who cannot legally do so, and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

Restricted activities

You agree not to use our Site for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose (fraud, forgery, hacking, and similar)
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of our staff or other users
• Unauthorized access to our systems or attempts to bypass security measures
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, including for suspected fraud or suspicious activity, violation of these Terms, excessive chargebacks or disputes, harassment or abusive behavior, and use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for all activity under it. You must keep your username and password confidential, notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, and provide current, accurate information at all times. You are liable for all charges incurred on your account.

We recommend using a strong, unique password, never sharing your password by email or phone, logging out on shared or public computers, and reporting suspicious account activity right away. We are not responsible for unauthorized access if you share your password, use a weak or easily guessable password, or fail to log out on shared computers.

Descriptions and accuracy

We aim to describe all apparel and gifts as accurately as possible, including material composition, size specifications and fit (please consult the measurements listed on each product page), design details and graphic elements, care instructions, and color appearance.

Color and display variation

Availability and quantity limits

• Product availability is subject to change without notice.
• We may limit quantities per customer, household, or order.
• Out-of-stock items may be backordered with your approval, and you will be notified.
• We may discontinue any product at any time, and product descriptions may change at our discretion.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• Shipping, taxes, and discounts are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Prices in your cart are held for 30 days; after that, prices may change.
• Orders are not confirmed until we send a Shipping Confirmation email.

Typographical and technical errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or technical error, we may cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, issue a full refund if payment was already collected, offer to fulfill the order at the correct price, and notify you of the error before processing your order. For example, if an item is incorrectly listed at $9.99 instead of $99.99, we will cancel the order and refund any payment made.

• Order Confirmation email: sent immediately after checkout (order received, not yet accepted).
• Order acceptance: occurs when we send the "Processing Confirmation" or "Shipping Confirmation" email.
• We verify payment, check inventory, and confirm your billing address before accepting an order.

We may decline orders

We may refuse to accept or complete any order for reasons including suspected payment fraud, address verification failures or inconsistencies, multiple declined payment attempts, excessive chargebacks or disputes, violation of our anti-spam or anti-bot policies, product unavailability or inventory errors, suspicious ordering patterns, orders from restricted jurisdictions, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

If we cancel an order

We will notify you by email with the reason. Any payment collected will be refunded to your original payment method, which takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank. You have no claim against us for cancelled orders.

Accepted payment methods

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed via PayPal
• Debit cards processed via PayPal

By providing payment information, you represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method, that all billing information is accurate and complete, that you are not using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method, and that you authorize the charge.

Billing information requirements

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information: your full name (matching the payment method), billing address (matching payment method records), a valid email address and phone number, and the correct zip code. Inaccurate information may result in order cancellation and refund, delivery to the wrong address (not our responsibility), account suspension or a permanent ban, and legal action for fraud where applicable.

Pricing at checkout

The final price at checkout includes your product subtotal, applicable sales tax (based on your shipping address), and any discounts or promotional codes applied. Shipping is free on all domestic U.S. orders. You can review and accept the total before authorizing payment.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession.
• You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct.
• We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is not available.

• 30-day return window from the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition.
• No restocking fees.
• Refunds typically take about 3-4 weeks in total after you ship the item back (inspection, processing, and your bank's posting time).
• We pay return shipping for defective or incorrect items; customers pay for other returns.

All content on this Site is the exclusive intellectual property of Style Ink Co, including website design and layout, source code, database structure and software, original designs and artwork, and marketing materials. It is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Restrictions on use

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; use our content for commercial purposes; circumvent technical protection measures; use content for competitive analysis or copycat products; reverse engineer or decompile any software on the Site; or remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. Violations may result in legal action and civil or criminal penalties.

Limited license for personal use

We grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive license to view product images for your personal shopping purposes, print product information for your records, share product links on social media with attribution to our store, and write reviews and testimonials about products you purchased.

Our Site may link to third-party websites and services, including payment processors (PayPal), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), analytics platforms, and social media platforms. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement. IN NO EVENT SHALL Style Ink Co, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR indirect damages (lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill), incidental damages (substitute goods, services, or costs), consequential damages, punitive damages, or special damages, arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Style Ink Co from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, any fraudulent or unlawful activity on your part, and any injury or property damage caused by your actions.

Before starting any legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through good faith communication.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
